- Celebration of Life: Monday, July 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior.
- Inurnment: Eagle Lake Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at the church.

- Born May 15, 1977, to Timothy and Barbara (Van Brunt) Johnson.
- Grew up in Eagle Lake, MN, attending Mankato Area Public Schools and graduating from Mankato East High School (1995).

- Employed at Harry Meyering Center in Mankato for the past five years, most recently as a Program Manager.

Adam is lovingly remembered by his wife Heidi Johnson, daughters Brandi, Katlyn, and Michelle Johnson, grandson Hudson Johnson, mother Barb Johnson, sister Kim Johnson, stepchildren Toby, Michael, and Ashtyn Sorensen, and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father Timothy Johnson and brother David Johnson.
